Hi, I'm Sidney!
I grew up playing sports and, like many athletes, sustained my fair share of injuries, which introduced me to the world of physiotherapy. Iām a huge anatomy nerd, so what better career to pursue?
I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 before completing my Master of Physical Therapy in December 2022. Since then, I have continued my education in women's pelvic health, with a focus on prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation.
Whether you're managing pregnancy-related aches and pains, preparing for birth, recovering after delivery, or navigating pelvic floor concerns, my goal is to help you better understand your body, build confidence in your movement, and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
I also lead our postpartum rehabilitation group classes, where I enjoy helping new moms safely rebuild strength, reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, and gain the confidence to return to exercise in a supportive community environment.
In addition to pelvic health, I continue to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and everyday aches and pains.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me training for my next HYROX race, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or adventuring with my Dobermans.
