As a 2012 graduate of the 2200 hour massage therapy program at Mount Royal University, I came to massage out of a deep belief in the connection of mind, body and soul.

**While in school, I found a passion for women's health and specialized in prenatal and postnatal treatments.**

After the birth of my first child, I certified in fertility encouragement massage and have now been helping women on their journey to and through motherhood for over 5 years now. I have followed this path and been trained as a fertility, birth, postpartum and pregnancy and infant loss doula.

I am currently finishing my training as a holistic reproductive practitioner and my certification in reflexology. I am also a level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner. I love being able to help people on both a physical and energetic level on my table.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader, crafter and a musician. I keep up a regular yoga practice and hope to eventually train as an instructor. I love spending as much time in nature as I can with my husband Jake and our two daughters, Aubrey and Elara.
