DIRECT BILLING - IMS

Miranda graduated from the University of Alberta in 2019, but the journey for her began well before that when she experienced her own sporting injury in 2012. From there she fell in love with the musculoskeletal system and promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Naturally this led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Being from Parkland county, Miranda was drawn back to the community upon graduating.

Since starting her career Miranda has taken a special interest in treating hips, knees and concussions. She also has seen lots of success practicing and treating vestibular related disorders. Miranda has developed a passion for woman’s health, specifically Pelvic Health in women of all ages. She continues to dig into how pelvic health can affect female athletes, postpartum moms, and everything in between.

Being an avid equestrian, Miranda enjoys working alongside these like minded athletes both in and out of saddle.

While promoting a healthy lifestyle in clinic, she also practices what she preaches outside of work. Her favourite pastimes include paddle boarding, riding ATV's, hiking and camping alongside her faithful border collie, Bugsy. She further enjoys riding her horse, hitting the gym for some weight training and is a lover for all things outdoors including fishing and gardening.
