3000 HOURS - DIRECT BILLING

I was first introduced to massage therapy at a young age while receiving treatment for injuries related to my involvement in dance. Through those early experiences, I gained an understanding of muscle function, movement, and the importance of preventative care. Seeing the direct impact that massage therapy had on my own body sparked a lasting interest in the field and ultimately led me to pursue it as a career.
I began my formal training in July 2017 at MaKami College, where I developed a strong foundation in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, silicone cupping, prenatal massage, sports massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial techniques, and lymphatic drainage. During my studies, I completed my practicum at Bloom Therapy Wellness Collective and graduated in February 2019.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I am committed to ongoing learning and continually refining my treatments. I believe massage therapy can play an important role in supporting overall health and well-being at any stage of life. My approach focuses on creating individualized, goal-oriented treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs, whether that’s recovery, pain management, or general maintenance. I look forward to helping you feel your best.
